Pamper lounge

Seats eight, with foot-soak bowls, a table for nails and masks, and a drinks fridge.

Four glam stations

Swivel chairs, Hollywood-lit mirrors, drawers and outlets at every seat for your hair and makeup artists.

Your own loo

A private restroom and hand sink on board, so nobody has to leave in heels and a robe.

Dressing room

A garment rail, a settee for mum and a full-length mirror for the reveal.

Cool and comfortable

Twin air conditioning, natural light, built-in Bluetooth sound and our own quiet power.

Outdoor lounge

An awning, lounge chairs and string lights, with an optional fire pit for evening events.

Full Wedding Day

Up to 12 hours, from getting ready to the send-off: touch-ups, a quiet retreat during the reception and somewhere to change. Includes your keepsake board.

Most memorable

Night Before + Wedding Day

Around 24 hours. Arrives the evening before for a girls’ night with your bridal party, then stays through the wedding. Includes your keepsake board.

Three hours for up to 8 guests: foot soaks, face masks, a nail table and your own playlist. BYOB for guests aged 21 and over.

Prom & Quinceañera

From $595

A four-hour afternoon for prom groups of up to 8, or a full quinceañera day from $2,200. Alcohol-free, with a parent or guardian on site throughout.

Make it yours

Groom’s lounge: the rear lounge closes off from the glam room and opens through its own double doors, so the groom’s party never crosses paths with the bride · acrylic keepsake upgrade · fire pit and s’mores · hair washing station · introductions to our partner hair and makeup artists. Priced on request.

Your names on our wall. Then on yours.

For every full-day booking, we print a board with your party’s names and your date and hang it in the lounge for the day. Afterwards, send us your favourite photo and we add it, so the board comes home with you as a keepsake.

    Tell us your event, place and timing. We confirm availability within a day.

    Pick your hours and add-ons. When bookings open, a deposit secures your date.

    We arrive and set up

    We deliver, level, power and cool the suite before anyone arrives.

    You get ready together

    Enjoy every minute. We pack up and leave the spot as we found it.

Hair & makeup artists

Add the suite to your bridal, prom and quinceañera packages at a trade rate. Your clients get a better morning, and you get four lit stations and cool air instead of a cramped hotel room.

No bridal suite on site? Offer your couples ours. We bring our own power and need only a flat spot to park.

Questions

How much space do you need?

A flat, firm area of about 50 by 12 feet, including our truck. Grass is fine in dry weather.

What about power?

We plug into an RV hookup where the venue has one. Otherwise we bring our own quiet generator, parked well away from your guests.

Do you provide hair and makeup?

Bring your own artists, or we can introduce you to our partner artists.

Can we bring drinks?

Adult events are BYOB for guests aged 21 and over. Prom and quinceañera bookings are always alcohol-free.

What if the weather turns?

The suite is fully enclosed and air-conditioned. If a named storm threatens your date, we move your booking at no charge.

Where do you travel?

Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Hernando counties are included. Polk, Manatee and Sarasota carry a travel fee.
